Offices

 

The Maison des Associations Internationales (MAI) is a resource centre and meeting place for international associations, providing permanent and temporary office space, as well as postal addresses.  The building is divided in two main parts: the ground floor is occupied by the meeting rooms and the upper floors are reserved to offices.

Entering the building, you will be welcomed at the reception desk from Monday to Friday from 8.00 to 17.30.  Obviously  tenants have access to their offices outside the opening hours of the MAI.

Tenants can take advantage of the numerous services offered by the MAI:

      Reception services: general support, welcoming of visitors, sorting of letters;

     Use of the common space Rotonde, ideal for small internal meetings – maximum 4 people – free of charge;

     Use of the Small Commission Room, a more private space for calls or receiving visitors;

     Conference and Meeting rooms with a 20% reduction;

     Access and use of the kitchen (micro-wave oven, fridge, crockery)

     Attractive prices for drinks, photocopies and scans, parking spaces for tenants and for visitors…
