Permanent offices

MAI is the perfect location for associations in the non-profit sector which need temporary or permanent office space in Brussels. The building is divided into two parts, with the ground floor occupied by the meeting rooms and the upper floors are reserved to offices.

The agreement between the MAI and the association is on the basis of one year contract, renewable automatically from year to year. Offices are unfurnished but have telephone connections already fitted.

In addition to the rent itself, regular common charges will be added to cover costs as central heating, water, electricity, insurance, alarm system, cleaning of public areas and cloakroom facilities, maintenance of the lift and fire extinguishers. The cleaning of the offices and subscriptions to telephone/internet are responsibility of the tenants.

Tenants can take advantage of the numerous services offered by the MAI :

     Reception services: general support, welcoming of visitors, sorting of letters;

     Use of the common space Rotonde, ideal for small internal meetings – maximum 4 people – free of charge;

     Use of the Small Commission Room, a more private space for calls or receiving visitors;

     Conference and Meeting rooms with a 20% reduction;

     Access and use of the kitchen (micro-wave oven, fridge, crockery)

     Attractive prices for drinks, photocopies and scans, parking spaces for tenants and for visitors, by prior arrangement.
